A New Chapter Begins in Downtown Athens

Hello Athens!

My name is Max Villagómez, and I am incredibly grateful to begin a new chapter at a place that has meant so much to me and to this community.

When I first came to Athens, I found more than a place to work. I found a community that welcomed me, supported me, and gave me opportunities to grow.

Today, I return with that same passion, a grateful heart, and even bigger dreams.

A Place with History

Located at 202 S Jefferson Street, our restaurant has been part of many memories in Downtown Athens.

Over the years, this location has been known by several names, including Little Texas, Rodeo’s Cantina, Mozza Pizza, and Hermozza Pizza.

Each chapter has contributed to the history of this place.

Today, we are honored to introduce its next chapter:

GABRIELA’S PIZZA KITCHEN & BAR

We are not here to erase the past.

We want to respect the history of this location, preserve what our community has loved, and build something even better for the future.

Our signature 20-inch The Big Boss pizza represents the fun, generosity, and big flavors we want to bring to every table.

Those who already know Gabriela’s Latin Fusion understand how much we value hospitality, flavor, and taking care of our guests.

Now, we are bringing that same heart and dedication to Gabriela’s Pizza Kitchen & Bar.

We're Open During Our Transformation

We are currently making improvements, refreshing our restaurant, developing new menu additions, and introducing our new brand.

But one thing is important:
